Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms

1. Full Payment Deadline: Full payment must be completed on or before 20th November 2026.
2. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the full payment or required advance amount.
3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within 72 hours of payment, subject to applicable terms and laws.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings: Advance/token payments and special-event or promotional tickets marked non-refundable are non-refundable after 72 hours of payment.
5. Refund Deductions: Approved refunds may be subject to applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.
6. Cancellation by Discover Kashi: In case of cancellation by Discover Kashi, an alternative arrangement or applicable refund will be offered.
7. Reporting Time & Safety: Guests must arrive on time and follow all safety instructions. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
8. Boat Mechanical/Technical Failure: Discover Kashi shall not be responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by mechanical or technical failures of the boat, subject to applicable laws.

General Terms

• All quoted rates are net rates and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified by Discover Kashi.
• A full ticket shall be applicable for all children aged 3 years and above. Children below 3 years may be admitted free of charge; however, no separate/private seat on the boat or cruise shall be provided.
• A 25% advance payment is mandatory to block seats under the Early Bird Offer.
• Tickets may be transferable for authorised partners, subject to prior confirmation and approval from Discover Kashi.
• Partners, agents, and authorised resellers must not advertise, market, or sell Discover Kashi tickets or packages above the Published Rate mentioned in the official pricing document without prior written approval from Discover Kashi.
• All reservations and booking confirmations must be processed through the official Discover Kashi booking channels or authorised partners. Bookings made through unauthorised channels may not be recognised by Discover Kashi.
• Partners are responsible for clearly communicating all package inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, cancellation policies, reporting instructions, and operational advisories to their guests before confirming a booking.
• Boat and cruise operations are subject to weather conditions, river conditions, government regulations, local authority instructions, and operational requirements. Discover Kashi reserves the right to make necessary changes to schedules, boarding points, routes, or operational arrangements in the interest of guest safety.
• Guests are required to follow all safety instructions and cooperate with the Discover Kashi operations and management team throughout the experience.
• By confirming a booking, the guest, partner, or authorised representative acknowledges and agrees to the applicable Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, and Cancellation Policy of Discover Kashi.
• Any disputes arising in connection with bookings or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Discover Kashi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions when required due to operational, regulatory, safety, or event-related circumstances.
• Discover Kashi prioritizes guest safety at all times. However, the company shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, medical emergency, or loss of life arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
