These terms govern your use of the Discover Kashi website and any tour, hotel or boat ride booking made through it. By using this site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only once we have verified availability and, where applicable, received payment. Prices shown are per the details listed at the time of booking and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current information when making an enquiry or booking (name, contact details, number of guests, travel dates). We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information you provide.

Tour, Hotel & Boat Ride Conduct

Guests are expected to follow the reasonable instructions of guides, boat operators and hotel staff, and to respect local customs, religious sites and other travellers. We reserve the right to refuse or end participation in an experience for guests whose conduct puts themselves or others at risk.

Changes & Availability

Tours, boat rides and hotel stays are subject to weather, river conditions, local authority guidance and availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes and offer suitable alternatives where possible.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely through PayU. We do not store your card or banking details. For cancellations and refunds, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care in selecting our partners and planning experiences, we are not liable for loss, injury or inconvenience arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural events, third-party service providers, or actions of local authorities.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
